Community Tools, Trade Prices, and Item Database Growth 2026-06-16 by: NorthGate Heartwood Online Handbook -Expanded the Item Database to support a much larger collection of items across gear, materials, recipes, tools, currencies, keys, documents, mounts, event items, and other useful player resources. -Improved item organization so players can browse by item type, equipment slot, level range, category, and other useful filters. -Improved item pages so each item can show clearer details, images, stats, source notes, shop values, crafting links, video links, and related information where available. -Improved the Item Compare tool so players can compare equipment and item stats more easily before deciding what to use, buy, sell, or farm. -Improved the Item Database layout for phone and PC so browsing remains readable as the database grows. -Expanded the Foes section so enemy and boss entries can better show levels, locations, drops, notes, and related item information. -Improved foe drop tracking so players can more easily connect enemies and bosses to the items they may drop. -Improved the Trade Prices section into a clearer market-price board. -Trade Prices can now show a low-to-high market range instead of only a single flat number. -Trade Prices now show an average price automatically to make market values easier to understand at a glance. -Added market notes for extra context, such as whether an item is commonly sold as a set, traded in bulk, or affected by demand. -Added community price suggestions so signed-in members can help report better price ranges when the market changes. -Added quantity notes to price suggestions so players can show whether a value came from one item, a stack, or a set. -Added price accuracy ratings so signed-in members can rate how accurate a listed price feels. -Trade Price entries now show community feedback counts so players can see when an item has ratings or suggested updates. -Added the Banker rank for trusted market helpers who can help maintain item prices without needing full content-editing permissions. -Improved Events so regular members can request event-posting access from staff. -Added an event access request system so active players and guild representatives can ask to help post community events. -Improved event tools so approved users can help keep community events visible and organized. -Improved staff review tools so community requests, content updates, uploads, and site activity can be reviewed more easily. -Added a staff-only rank guide so staff members can better understand responsibilities without exposing internal permissions publicly. -Added a staff roster so staff can see who is helping with different parts of the Handbook. -Improved image handling and upload review tools to help keep public content clean and safe. -Improved mobile readability across major sections including Items, Trade Prices, Events, Compare, Dashboard, and staff tools. -Improved the Dashboard so users and staff have clearer access to the tools connected to their account rank. -Improved account roles and permissions so different helpers can assist with specific areas without needing unnecessary access. -Improved site stability as more content is added. -Improved database browsing so the Handbook is better prepared for hundreds and eventually thousands of item entries. -Continued adding tools that make the Handbook easier to maintain while keeping the public site focused on useful player information.
